Firstly, the necessity and in the feasibility of implementing the moni torial system in the undergraduates was introduced. Then, class 350302 of Beihan g University was taken as a typical example, the effective establishment and imp lementation regulations of monitorial system were discussed in detail. Finally, according to the exact practice, the main issues and the countermeasures of the undergraduate monitorial system were presented.
