Way Out of Western Eco-ethics' Difficulties

The relations between man and nature are not only the research foundation of ecoethics but also the theoretical basis of reading Western ecoethics. From the perspective of the philosophical analysis of the relations between man and nature, this paper studies the main groups and views, and observes clearly the difficulties in theory and practice, which offers value supports for establishing a new type of ecoethics of sustainable development.
