Essence and Inspiration of Dispute between Confucianism and Law
Based on the analysis of the history and essence of the dispute between Confucianism and law, the paper opens out some practical inspirations that we should strengthen the rule by law and, at the same time, enhance the rule by morals in order to meet the requirements of the knowledge economy and the sien-tech development.
