Comparison of Judicial Reforms between China and Japan

  • Many countries are taking on judicial reform, which are all trying to find its framework including ideal, method, and structural system to develop rule of law better. On the basis of commonness in judicial reform, China can learn from other countries' experience in comparing and evaluating. The paper points out that Japanese way in judicial reform is worthy of our notice.
