  • With the practice of tuition collection system in higher learning institutions in China and loan program for students in 1997, the operation results of the program is not satisfactory. From the character analysis of students' loans, the paper studies the difficulties students meet when they loan money from the bank and the bottleneck which restrains the loan system development, and puts forward the approaches and strategies to solve these problems.
