Goal, Contents and Ways of the Intellectual Property Management in Universities

Along with the deployment of the Sci-Tech. strategy in new century, universities should play a more important role in the national innovation system. The goal and the contents of the intellectual property management in universities are put forward according to the university's task, and reinforcing ways suggested from perspectives of the system, organization, management method and strategy.
