Reflective Teaching and Teachers Development

  • After defining reflective teaching, this paper elaborates its relationship with teachers development and introduces a model of reflective practice. Also, it argues that reflective teaching, quite different from the routine teaching, refers to teachers subjecting their beliefs and practices to analysis, allowing teachers to act in a deliberate, intentional manner to improve the teaching quality.
