Countermeasures to International Terrorism and Their Limitations

Many countermeasures have been taken to fight international terrorism. Besides formulating laws, establishing special institutions, erecting special troops and collecting information as well, each country founds bilateral and multilateral alliance. Also, the UN has taken many countermeasures to fight international terrorism. The limitations still remain: lacking of the right understanding, taking of the unilateralist, thinking much of force advocate, needing of strengthening terrorism fighting powers, and needing of acting the dominant role of the UN itself as well.
