Analysis on Problems of Contemporary Chinese Public Welfare Foundations
This paper analyzes the reasons for the “never grownup” phenomenon of Chinese Public Welfare Foundations, investigates the factors which influence the ineffective supervision of the government and society over foundations, discusses the problems of investments which violated the rules of certain foundations.
