Compatible Development of Value Theories in Economic Transformation

This article primarily discusses the necessity and the possibility of the compatible development of various theories of value in the period of the economy transformation in China, and points out that it will be an inevitable history process. The complexity of economic reform of China and the difficulties to establish the value theory of socialist economics decide the necessity of the compatible development of various theories of value. The economic structure which includes different forms of ownership system and diverse distribution methods provide a practical social base to and make it possible for such a compatible development, which is based upon market economy and focuses on knowledge economy, and provide an essential theoretical preparation for the construction of the value theory of socialist economics.
