Research on M&A in Core Competence

Studying the boom and analyzing the features of the fifth global enterprises' M& A, the authors have found the hidden common motive——to construct or promote co re competence.On this basis, the authors present the idea that there are unique advantages to choosing M&A as a strategy, and the early-stage choice and later -stage integration can both determine the result of the construction or promoti on of core competence.
