Cooperative Relationship and Governance among Entrepreneurs

This paper is made up of 4 parts. The first part discusses the establishment of a cooperative relationship. The second part focuses on the stability of cooperat ive relationship. The last part explores the administrative strategies against t he covertly unstable factors in cooperative relationship. The author attempts to reveal 1) it is helpful to the understanding and solving of general problems in cooperative relations to analyze the fundamental elements of cooperation; 2) es pecially in the establishment of cooperative relationship in a new business, the centralized administration is essential to cooperative structures.
