On the basis of reviewing the admission and practical work of ME in B UAA of the past years, this paper makes an analysis of the current personnel str ucture of some enterprises, of the army and of the institutes of scientific rese arch and presents some new ideas regarding the practical work and how to expand enrollment of students by means of extensive advertisement.
