Comparison Between America's J.D Education and China's J.M Education

J.M.(Juris Master speciality degree education) is intended to produce composit e talents of higher level and applied law theories.The comparison reveals some common features between American J.D and China's J.M, and some imperfections wi th China's J.M.system.With America's J.D.system, there are a lot of such ar eas as curriculum setting, teaching measures, social practices and so on which C hina should draw on.On the basis of a case study, the author makes the comparis on and puts forward some suggestions.
