Investigation of Personnel Construction for A Research-oriented University

Establishing the system of attracting and training talents is the foundation for staff construction, in which the key point is an effective regulation of human resources and the necessity of creating a better environment for talent growth. For the purpose of constructing a research-oriented university, this paper atte mpts at some methods of creating a favorable environment from the perspectives o f a multi-factor employment, position setting at different levels, enhancement of evaluating teachers and furthering the reform of distribution and the managem ent mechanism of the departments.
