Entrepreneurship education is a new area of research in China. This pa per summarizes the past and the present of entrepreneurship education in respect ively the U.S. and China and makes a comparison of the two. After analyzing the problems with China, the paper makes some suggestions, based on the comparison, about promoting entrepreneurship education in China.
