In 2003,the system of jointly selecting judges by litigant was set up in Taiwan, it is a popular topic whether the above system is feasible in the mainland of C hina. This text mainly discusses the legal principle of the above system, whethe r the above system is feasible in the mainland of China, and the enforcement of the above system in our commercial process.
