Selection System Arrangement for Graduate Students and Selection Quality

This thesis focuses on impact of selection system arrangement for graduate students on selection quality and equity under China's current situation of huge demand for graduate students education and the training policy of "difficult entering and easy graduating". A good selection system arrangement should firstly guarantee general optimizing of selection result and fair selected chance for candidates. Authors of this article theoretically discuss the selection system arrangement for graduate students of China Agricultural University and consider that its arrangement suits current China's situation.
