On the Classification of Legal Liabilities for Damages Caused by Space Debris

Liabilities for damages caused by space debris should be classified on account of concrete situations and applicable laws, when dealing with legal liability issues in case of damages. There are three types of liability, i.e., liability for damages on international law, liability for damages on domestic law, and liability on both international and domestic laws. The correct classification may have important influence on the determination of the legal liability.
