Study on Innovation Efficiencies of Universities of CSTIND Based on DEA Model

The independent innovations of defense science and technology are the cores of the development of the defence industry. Seven CSTIND universities play an important role in the national defense research, application of technical exploration to defense use and technicians- cultivations. In this paper, we build a DEA model to calculate relative efficiencies of seven CSTIND universities, use the DEA method to calculate the units for non-DEA efficient universities to reach the DEA effective and prompt the ways for the universities to improve their innovation efficiencies in national defense science and technology.
