Research on Performance Evaluation Index System of Enterprises- Emergency Management in Production Safety

It is mainly according to modern emergency management theory and the content of the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, and the factors which will have an impact on enterprises’ performance management of production safety were classified into seven areas: the awareness for safe production and its policy of enterprise managers and staff, the implementation of safe production policies and improvement in its system, the construction of organizations for emergency management in production safety, the input of resources for emergency management in production safety, the improvement of contingency plans for production safety, the capacity of dealing with accidents of production safety emergency, and the loss of production safety accidents. I also marked off the secondary and tertiary indexes, established the system of third class indexes.
