  • In order to obey the obligation of international space treaties and satisfy with the space activities in the Netherlands, the Netherlands Space Activities Act was published in January 2007. This act includes relevant definitions, application of act, license, registry of space objects, redress etc. The Netherlands Space Activities Act is helpful to China’s establishing its own space activities law.
