Reflections about School of Management in Institute of Technology Creating an Experimental Class: Practice of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics

Many higher eductions have established experimental classes sticking to their school characteristics to explore training mode for innovation-oriented research talents since 1980s. And they gather more experiences. The School of Economics & Management in Beihang University examines their achievements and problems under the current conditions. Then he have made preparations for experimental class and establish it taking advantage of his academic research.
