The Continuous Improvement Model of Project Management Maturity under Resource Restraint based on GA+PR

Based on the classical problem of project management continuous improvement, a continuous improvement model of project management maturity was constructed. Upper-side and down-side nearness were put up based on fuzzy theory, and was used to measure the matching of strategy equilibrium. A crisp transformation was implemented based on possibility theory. Genetic algorithm was presented to solve the model, through development of Path Relinking (PR), which get the better solution. Simulation test can help enterprise adjust its strategy periods.
