The Brand Innovation of Counselor Team in Universities Based on Team Cooperation

  • This paper analyzes that it is inevitable trend of development to establish the brand of counselor team in universities. Team cooperation is effective method of achieving counselor team's brand in university. It provides the condition for the brand innovation to emphasize core leaguer of constrcting team, reasonably flow and optimize team leaguer and fully arouse their enthusiasm and the creativity. The case analysis indicates that the efficitive team cooperation is the advantageous guarantee of brand innovation of ideological and political education in university.
