However, there is no international law to apply or refer to the damage relief of unidentified space debris. Therefore, UNCOPUOS should set up a management committee of space debris so that international organizations can work efficiently to solve this problem. Moreover, combined with space debris mitigation guidelines for space debris, damages for space debris can be made up by market share system.
