A Study on the Program Design of the Integrated Transportation Hub Based on QFD

With the integrated transportation hub as the target of this study, the success of the hub project was defined by the Stakeholder theory and the whole project needs were analyzed from the perspective of the stakeholder, the overall functional requirements of the hub were given a further analysis with QFD method, and the design planning house of quality of the integrated transportation hub project was established. With the practical application on the integrated transport hub in Tianjin, there is a special study on the operation and management model based on the analysis of the study results, which verify the feasibility of the stakeholder theory and QFD method on the hub design.
