Expert Selection in Peer Review Based on Entropy Weight

Peer review is taken as an effective strategy in evaluation of scientific research. And the effect of expert selection plays an important role in the result of peer review. This paper is trying to propose an index system of identifying expert and a calculation of the index weight by Entropy Weight as well. Based on the researched assumption and case study, the model of expert selection in peer review is established and the model is proved to be effective.
