The Satisfaction Rating and the Primary Position of Community Health Services Agency: on the Basis of Satisfaction Rating of Community Health Service in Qingdao

  • Because of a biased direction, and negligence of obligations such as providing the sorts of public services, the community health services has been developing at a slow race, and getting lower satisfaction rating of the residents who deserve to be offered better health services. Through investigating the community health service satisfaction rating of the residents living in Qingdao city, we find the evaluation of the community health services is relatively low. To improve the residents' evaluation of the community health services, the positioning of the community health service agency should be transformed completely. On the basis of the accurate positioning of community health services, the government and community health services agency can develop a reasonable principle, and then take effective measures to develop the community health services.
