With the development of China's aviation industry, aviation intellectual property disputes will increase and arbitration is an effective way to solve these disputes. The arbitrability of aviation intellectual property disputes has not only the scientific theory foundation but also the realistic basis. Compared with the mediation and litigation, arbitration has an irreplaceable superiority among the ways to solve the aviation intellectual property disputes. The legal rights of the dispute parties can be fully guaranteed by establishing and perfecting China's arbitration law system and referencing advanced foreign arbitration experience as well as by increasing support to this arbitration and implementing its feasible approaches.
