  • Firstly, the current factors that may prevent graduates from forming creative ability are analyzed. Then, based on the experiences of supervising engineering graduates in creative practice, the new cultivation mode of creative ability of engineering graduates in BUAA were discussed in detail. The proposed mode can also provide an efficient way for the graduates in other disciplines.
