Ruling Risks in the Process of Interest Integration

  • Interest integration is one of the basic functions of the political party. For the party in power, this function is more important. With the diversification of main interests communities as well as social class differentiation, interests expression and interest integration become increasingly prominent. The Communist Party of China also undertakes the important function of interest integration in contemporary China. At the core of status in the interests integrating, The Communist Party of China decides the risk of ruling with the interest integration. This risk is due to interest integration caused by the moral risk, but also because of identity weakening and the formation of the political legitimacy of risk. From a long term ruling consideration, defusing of the ruling risk caused by interests integration lies in the system construction and the high consciousness of the ruling party.
