On the Emergency Capability Evaluation System of Production Accident:Take Petrochemical Enterprise as an Example

Emergency capability evaluation of petrochemical enterprises is an important part of emergency capability construction. The article analyzes in detail the risk factors and the characteristics of production accidents in petrochemical enterprises, basically guide by the process management of PPRR,and applying the Delphi and AHP methodology to the emergency capability evaluation system, the weights of each indicator in each level. Finally ,the article establishes a rough emergency capability evaluation system of production accidents of petrochemical enterprise which is mainly composed of the capacity of emergency readiness, emergency preparedness, emergency response and emergency recovery as the level one indicator and 17 indicators of level two and 43 indicators of level three.
