The Impact and Solutions of Outer Space Law on Aerospace Operations

  • Outer space law establishes the principle of peacefully utilizing outer space and certain legal procedures and mechanism to restrict militarization in outer space, which plays the role of restraining and containing aerospace operations. However, due to the deficiency and loopholes of outer space law, it is difficult to effectively control the outer space militarization process. It is required that China should attach great importance to participating in international legal activities, strengthening its domestic legal establishment, speeding up the constructing process of aerospace integration and improving its own status in the field of outer space. We should flexibly and actively utilize outer space law to grasp the initiative of aerospace operations.
