Research on the Interest Games in the Process of Educational Staff System Policy Implementation

Abstract
Viewing from the perspective of game theory and using interest games models, the paper analyzes all aspects of the relationship among the interest games in the implementation process of the educational staff system policy, including the interest conflicts of management staff and those who assume administrative as well as professional responsibilities, interest conflicts of new and old faculty academic power, full-time teachers and full-time management staff interest conflicts, and conflicts deriving from full-time management. Based on the analysis of the causes and impact of all the conflicts, the paper proposes countermeasures in the aspect of interest integration, which includes effective appointment and incentive mechanism, extended promotion channels and personnel transfer mechanism.
