  • The expansion of higher education is not only the expansion of students but also of teachers. After teachers- expansion, the total number, ratio between students and faculty, age, job title, education and so on have changed. Teachers' expansion caused or exacerbated the lack of teachers, imbalance of specialties and regions, shortages of high level teachers, lack of ecology of title assessment, low education and so on. We should introduce and allocate teachers, reform the system of management mechanism, enhance the professional development and improve education of young teachers.
