The Ordinance of ZhongGuanCun Science Park indicated that officer of company and college and institution is supported to recommend talent as important scientific and technological innovation and industrialization projects organizer. This item has provided theoretical guidance and policy support for the comprehensive detection and multi-level selection of talent. It will enhance the talent gathering and industrial development of the Park by investigating the embodiment of scientific and technological innovation and industrialization projects and mode of talent recommendation. Talent recommending system is important to the scientific and technology innovation and industrialization projects according to the connotation and historical experience of recommendation, but it faces some problems such as lack of process supervision, difficulty in converging with existing mechanisms, etc. Suggestion of recommending talent to bear the major scientific and technological innovation and industrialization projects is raised.
