  • Based on the theory of the comprehensive evaluation and by combining the current evaluating situations of the students-affairs administration teams in schools and institutes of physical education, the paper has constructed an evaluating model deriving from three aspects: the decision of the evaluating objects; the establishment of the evaluating parameters and standards of the evaluating standards. The model can effectively compensate for the defects and deficiencies caused by the single qualitative assessment. It suggested the higher sports colleges and universities should take a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to strive to make evaluation results objective, just and scientific, based on the evaluation of the object's actual situation, in order to promote the development of the students affairs administration teams and strengthen the foundation for cultivating sports talents.
