China’s National Defense Science and Technology R&D Input’s Characteristics and Countermeasure Analysis

  • At present, China's national defense science and technology R&D input and total input intensity are increased year by year, and the growth rate is faster, but compared with the United States and other countries which rely on their own highly developed economic strength and scientific and technological level committed to the development of their overwhelming armed forces, China's national defence science and technology R&D input in either absolute quantity and relative quantity is still low. This is mainly due to China's strategic culture, such as the limitation of the traditional objective factors. At the same time, there are quite some problems and contradictions in transferring scientifi research achievements into civil fields and application by China's national defense science and technology research departments. For this reason, this paper puts forward some ideas to strengthen information communication channels construction, regulate the national defense science and technology research investment management constructive.
