Aging treatment of FeNiCr/NiAl-TiC composite coatings produced by thermit process

  • 摘要: 用铝热反应合成工艺在钢管内表面制备出了FeNiCr/NiAl-TiC复合涂层.用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、能谱仪(EDS)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等分析手段研究了涂层显微结构以及固溶时效对FeNiCr/NiAl-TiC涂层显微结构的影响.研究表明,FeNiCr/NiAl-TiC复合涂层由TiC,NiAl,α-FeNiCr三相组成,晶粒细小,合金基体由α-FeNiCr和NiAl两相组成,其中NiAl相尺寸约为100nm.经过固溶时效,物相组成不变,TiC形态和尺寸稳定,α-FeNiCr基体中NiAl相的尺寸约为400nm,时效后NiAl和α-FeNiCr仍保持共格关系.
