Abstract:
The housing supply system in Hong Kong is a double-track system, which includes private market and public sector. The paper focuses on the latter one. Dating from the middle of last century, the housing security system of Hong Kong is characterized by an all-inclusive network and train services after sixty years of development. The present system is in sound operation, though there are some problems in the fields of arrangement and circulation, which may cause growing pressure to the system in the future. Though this system has little reference value to Mainland China from the perspective of operation pattern, the managerial experience of Hong Kong is worthy of our reference.
