Abstract: The science of air law is gradually becoming an independent department law by progressing from 1979 to 2009 in China. Research in this field has achieved great success with Chinese air industry and air legislation-s expanding in thirty years. But, there is inadequacy in the study of air law, such as inadequate personnel in studying; inadequate methods of studying and inadequate quality achievement in scientific research and content of studying, so we need to work further and double hard, and especially, we should enrich the theory of air law and absorb knowledge of other law disciplines.
