Abstract:
As a famous American jurist today, Dworkin, on the basis of criticizing positive jurisprudence and utilitarian jurisprudence, has constructed persuasive principles doctrine, which emphasizes that the principles ought to be abided by, and rights theory, which claims that citizens should have the right to deserve equal concern and respect of government, from the modern standpoint of moral philosophy. Thereby, Dworkin also has made the "constructive interpretation" of law from the "internal point", thus elaborating the concept of "law as integrity".
