New Type Isolator Design Based on the Principle of Variable Rigidity

  • On basis of variable rigidity principle,by combination of the advantages of rubber and metal vibration isolator,a composite structure isolator with special shape elastic element and damping amplitude limiter is designed.It has a characteristic of small compressibility, large damping, long life and fast heat transference as well as little environment affection. Theoretical analysis and experiment result indicate that the isolator can good insulate vibration, and isolation performance is stable.
