Effects of Interfering Factors on Performance of Liquid Propellant Staged Combustion Cycle Rocket Engine

    Abstract
  • A nonlinear mathematical model for the static characteristics of a liquid rocket engine is presented. By using Newton method, the effects of each interfering factor on the parameters of liquid rocket engine are computed and analyzed. The analysis of the effects of the interfering factors on the engine parameters is carried out. The results obtained can be used for the analysis of rocket engine test results, the reliability analysis and the fault analysis, and also for bringing light to the variation of the engine parameters with various interfering factors.
