Tensile mechanical properties and constitutive relation of microcellular polycarbonate

摘要: 微孔泡沫塑料是一种特殊的发泡材料,具有许多独特的力学性能.根据聚碳酸酯微孔泡沫塑料的拉伸实验数据,对材料的拉伸力学性能进行了研究,讨论了密度、应变率等因素对微孔泡沫塑料拉伸应力-应变关系的影响,并基于Boltzmann叠加原理利用松弛模量对拉伸应力-应变曲线进行了本构关系的拟合,得到了比较满意的结果.Abstract: Microcellular plastics is a kind of special foamed plastic with some unique mechanical properties. On the basis of tensile test data of microcellular polycarbonate, some mechanical properties are investigated in this paper, including the effects of density and strain rate on the tensile stress-strain curves. Finally, the numerical fits to tensile constitutive relation of microcellular polycarbonate are performed by means of Boltzmann's principle and relaxation modulus. A good agreement between theoretical prediction and experimental data is obtained.
