Studies on infrared camera using in heat transfer experiments

摘要: 探讨了将红外成像仪用于传热实验的可能性,分析了几种影响因素:如被测实验件的材料、表面粗糙度,以及用于内流传热实验时需使用的能透过红外线的特殊材料的透射率等对实验结果的影响.分析认为,红外成像仪用于温度测量分析是一种先进的非接触温度测量技术,但必须针对具体情况,确定各个影响参数.Abstract: The possibility of using infrared camera in heat transfer experiments was discussed and the various influential factors was analysed, such as the radiation ratio of materials,roughness of surface and the transmissivity of special materials for infrared ray transmission. The studies indicate that the infrared camera can be used in heat transfer experiments, but need to determine various influential factors according to the special experimental cases.
