Analysis of double-sided arc welding technology and physical process

  • 摘要: 双面电弧焊接DSAW(Double-Sided Arc Welding)是近年来出现的一种焊接新工艺,它可以有效地增大焊缝熔深、减少焊接缺陷、降低焊接变形、提高焊接速度、节约能源消耗.从实际应用角度,介绍了DSAW工艺的基本形式,讨论了单电源及双电源情况下的工艺原理,重点对单电源DSAW工艺增大熔深的机理进行了分析,从电弧物理角度揭示了双面电弧的焊接机理,对DSAW工艺的推广应用具有很好的指导意义.
