Quantitative Analysis of Surfactant in the Degreasing Solution

摘要: 利用四苯硼钠络盐反滴定法对除油液中的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类非离子型表面活性剂平平加OS-15,利用紫外光谱法对除油液中的阴离子型表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠进行了定量分析.结果表明:除油液中磷酸钠、水玻璃及十二烷基苯磺酸钠对平平加OS-15的分析结果没有影响;除油液中磷酸钠、水玻璃及平平加OS-15对十二烷基苯磺酸钠的分析结果影响很小. 皂化性油和除油液中的碱作用生成的硬脂酸钠及棕榈酸钠采用过滤的方法排除;非皂化性油采用离心分离的方法排除.Abstract: Aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(OS-15,a nonionic surfactant) and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS,an anionic surfactant) in the degreasing solution were analyzed quantitatively by the method of sodium tetraphenylborate recoil titration and ultraviolet spectroscopy respectively.It is showed that sodium phosphate, sodium silicate and SDBS in the degreasing solution have no effect on the analytical result of OS-15. Sodium phosphate, sodium silicate and OS-15 have little effect on the analytical result of SDBS.Sodium stearate and sodium palmitate produced by the reaction of saponifiable oil and alkali of degreasing solution were removed by filtration. Non-saponifiable oil were removed by centrifugalization.
