Integrated Reverse Engineering System for Complex Product

摘要: 逆向工程是快速制造复杂产品和有主模型产品的主要方法之一,是CAD/CAM技术的重要组成部分.为将集成和系统的思想用于逆向工程的研究,提出了复杂产品集成逆向工程系统的概念(IRES),探讨了其中的关键技术,包括测量、CAD模型重建、误差控制和光顺品质的分析与优化等.Abstract: Reverse engineering, an important constituent part of CAD/CAM technology, is a main method in manufacturing complex product or product with main model. In this paper, the idea of integration and system is applied in reverse engineering, and a new concept, integrated reverse engineering system based on precise measurement, is developed. In addition, the key techniques including measuring, 3D model reconstructing, error controlling, and surface smoothness analyzing are discussed.
